Tatva Engineering Solutions provides Project Management solutions on various aspects of any Industry vertical. Our forte lies in services related to infrastructure building, Industrial Engineering, Plant Engineering, Utility planning, product development and research based market expansion, market penetration and market diversification activities. We also provide research based insights for New Business development needs for our clients. Setting up green field projects and turning around brown field sites into state of the art commercial and office spaces has been our forte.
The Founder
Manish is a Bachelors in technology from the University of Pune with a masters in Business administration. His sprawling 25 years of experience in large green field industrial and brown field commercial projects during his work tenure has won him accolades in institutions of work. Starting from Industrial product development or Capacity enhancement to large scale Green Field projects, Manish has diverse experience in project management skills. Executing brown field projects including renovation of buildings and office spaces within the estimated time and cost overruns has been his forte.
During his work tenure, Project conditions and situations drew his attention towards the magnificent science of Vedic Vastu- The science of home building.The attraction towards the fundamentals of the science made him dig deeper and he completed his Post graduate Diploma and Advanced Vastu from the Institute of Vedic Astrology. His pursuance and persistence to learn and develop on the science for the last 11 years has enabled him to create blissful living for many clients and changed fortune for many Industries.
Project Management- Green Field Industrial
Tatva manages small scale to large scale Projects for Industrial development. We have the ability to manage both Green field and brown field construction or re-development projects. Industrial projects would include site selection, Utility Planning, Capacity Planning, work flow design, Material flow design, Machine and equipment selection, coordination with Various vendors, Architect and MEP support agencies, BOQ validation, assistance in Billing and approvals there of in coordination with the client.
Project Management- Industrial Capacity & Development
Projects related to product development, change Management, expansions, Capacity Augmentation, Layout changes as per lean within the stipulated Shut down period are also some of our services offered under Industrial Projects related to Capacity and Plant augmentation. This will include the complete listing down of the process, identifying suppliers and Vendors, their capacities and manufacturing process, Quality control adopted by them, order fulfilment process, SKU wise Raw material storage arrangement, handling of Finished Goods, identifying bottlenecks in the system of manufacturing, De bottlenecking and overall improvement of material flow, management of WIP and much more.
Interior Design & Fitout, Project Consulting - Commercial & Residential
Tatva has been instrumental in executing large commercial, Industrial and residential projects including design and building. For larger Industrial projects Tatva takes up Project consulting tasks which includes appointing architect, developing of Layouts, finalizing with client, developing shop drawings, finalizing BOQs, Negotiations with various Bidders, coordination with various agencies involved, Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Quality control and controlling costs are some of the services offered under the above PMC head of offices and commercial building development. Some of the Interior design and execution projects are displayed for an understanding on tasks executed

Tatva has been following the ancient science of home building and its principles when incorporated in any Industrial or commercial establishment, yields phenomenal results. An overwhelming response was received from the clients who availed the above services and executed the necessary changes/modifications or planned the operations of a facility based on principles of Vastu. Significant performance improvements have been observed by clients who have adopted these principles in designing their facilities
